Membership
To renew or initiate your membership for the 2024-2025 ski season with the Windsor Ski Club, we kindly ask you to complete both the Membership Application Form and the Waiver and Release Form provided below.
The annual membership fee is $30 per individual. We accept cheque and money order payments made out to "Windsor Ski Club Inc." For your convenience, payments can also be processed via bank transfer directly to the Windsor Ski Club Treasurer at WindsorSkiClubTreasurer@gmail.com. Please specify in your payment's memo that the funds are intended for membership dues to ensure proper processing. Membership fees should be paid separately from any trip fee payments. This distinction helps us maintain accurate financial records and ensures that your payments are processed smoothly.
Membership Forms and payments must be submitted for your membership to be processed. Furthermore, members must have their membership accepted before any deposits for trips can be made, as this is a prerequisite for participation. Upon successful registration, members will be enrolled to receive our monthly newsletter, directly to their email, keeping you informed and engaged with all our club activities and announcements.

Waiver & Release
The Windsor Ski Club Inc. also known as the Windsor Ski and Snowboard Club (WSSC) and it's Officers accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss of property, life or personal injury occurring during any of its activities or trips. The organizers of such activities or trips act as agents only and will accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury resulting from delay or from any kind of negligence of any transportation company, agency or service or from any other cause. Any and all debts incurred by the participants are the sole responsibility of said participants. Any carriers and transportation companies whose services are featured in any Windsor Ski Club Inc.'s tours, trips or activities are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time participants are not on board their conveyance. The participants contract in use for these companies when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the companies and the purchasers of those tours and/or trips.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
A. All cancellations shall be received by the trip director in writing before the departure date.
B. Cancellation costs shall be assessed depending on the date of cancellation and the expenses incurred by the club.
C. Refunds shall not be made until after the conclusion of the trip, and all expenses from the trip have been paid.
D. This cancellation policy is valid when the club either is or is not using the assistance of a travel agency. Also, trips booked through the Windsor Ski Club shall be subject to all contract conditions agreed upon by the club.
